Пробовал ставить background-attachment: fixed;} не помогло, подскажите как сделать пожалуйста?

В таблице стилей CSS строка номер 28, найдите стили:

 body.base {
 background-attachment: fixed;
 background: url('http://ld-stars.ru/img/fon_ld8.jpg') top center repeat #cddcf1;
 height: 100%;
 }

Замените на:

body.base {
 background: url('http://ld-stars.ru/img/fon_ld8.jpg') top center repeat #cddcf1;
 height: 100%;
 background-attachment: fixed;
 }
