Это системный Ajax загрузчик, когда вы переключаете страницы при активном Ajax загрузчике, должны были видеть отображение gif изображения - http://s17.ucoz.net/img/ma/m/i3.gif

Удалить его нельзя, так как данный код встроен в переменную $BODY$
